REFUND, RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY
At Budget Phone Store, all pre-owned and refurbished smartphones are thoroughly tested and graded before dispatch. The following policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent for both customers and the company.
1. 7-DAY CHECKING GUARANTEE
Customers are provided a 7-day checking period from the date of delivery.
During this period, a return or refund request may be raised only if:
●The device has a functional defect not disclosed at the time of sale, or
●The device does not match the declared grade or description.
●Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with valid photo/video evidence.
2. REFUND TERMS
Approved refunds will be processed after device inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment within 3–7 business days after approval.
Devices must be returned in the same condition as delivered, along with all supplied accessories.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS
Refunds will not be provided for the following:
●Green line or display line issues
●Water or liquid damage (past or present)
●Battery health within the declared grade range
●Cosmetic wear consistent with the listed grade
●Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
●Damage caused after delivery
●Devices sold under the “Needs Repair” category (sold strictly as-is)
4. WARRANTY POLICY (REPAIR ONLY)
Any eligible issue arising after the 7-day checking period and within the warranty term will be repaired only, not refunded.
Warranty covers functional hardware defects under normal usage.
Warranty does not cover:
●Green line or display aging issues
●Water/liquid damage
●Physical or accidental damage
●Unauthorized repairs or tampering
●Software or user-induced issues
5. FINAL NOTES
●All claims are subject to technical verification and inspection.
●Decisions taken by Budget Phone Store after inspection shall be final.
This policy is governed under applicable laws of India.
